Real advertisements?

On December 28, a fool’s day is celebrated with fake news in the headlines of Spanish and Latin American newspapers. In England, its former territories, and other European countries, the celebration is April fool’s day, mostly the 1st of April.

Leaving the fake news to the news media, what do you think about finding ads that seem fake? but actually, they are real!

Well, there are time machines for sale that are articles related to the movies or the fiction series related with time travel theme. If you search in the virtual stores, you can find miniature De Lorean cars from the movie Back to the future or reproductions of times machines from the films based on the novel written by H.G. Wells, or the machine of the Dr. Who. You may even find what is promised as a real time machine like a golden box that was sold on ebay promising real time travel for true believers.

Do not worry, this is not a suit like that one of the emperor in the Hans Christian Andersen's classic tale. Although the offered suit is not precisely to achieve an invisibility like that one of The invisible man novel written by H.G. Wells, invisible costumes made with expandable fabric that cover the entire body are sold and can be used in costume parties. They also can be used for a green screen recording. In this case, you can fulfill your dream of invisibility, at least in a recording.

Whether we believe it or not, this kind of offers have been real and there have been people who have bought the lands! Extraterrestrial lands have been offered for sale on the Moon, on Mars and on other planets of the solar system. These lands are offered by people who have claimed the rights of some celestial evendo, according to international law, such a claim is not valid unless they have been colonized the planet/satellite directly. However, do not be sad because you could still legally buy or at least visit lands on Earth that looks like extraterrestrial lands. You can search the options of this kind of places in the Catalog of planetary analogues, prepared by the European Space Agency.

This offer is not for everybody but for those ones who can afford it and be admitted by any of the space agencies that promote or support space tourism. Space travel plans to be a daily reality in the becoming centuries or perhaps even in the next years. The first space tourist was the American billionaire Dennis Tito who paid a huge fortune to travel to the International Space Station in 2001. Cross your fingers for the costs to be more accessible and, who knows? maybe we will take advantage of the future space travel offers.

The products to eliminate baldness, lose weight without sacrifices, and to delay aging or restore youth, abound in the market. But is there really something like the fountain of youth? Well, not something like that, but actually there are several products that delay aging or improve the quality of life. However, no matter how much we want to believe it, there is no a magic product that turns us young overnight. The solution to recover a good quality of life is to acquire good eating habits, do more exercise and take care our body in order to improve its functioning and appearance.
